The results are in from this season's Offseason Report

OFFSEASON REPORT
For the third consecutive season, all 10 members of the League voted in the Offseason Report. This marks a new record for the League and it means that no one will automatically receive the last pick in the 2023 draft due to not completing the Report. This year's Report had some highly contentious (looking at you tight ends...) and not so highly contentious proposals.
Change minimum FAAB bid from $1 to $0: 40% PASS - 60% VETO
Move trade deadline from Wednesday before Week 12 to Wednesday before Week 11 (the week before Thanksgiving): 20% PASS - 80% VETO
Add open waivers to every day with an NFL game: 70% PASS - 30% VETO
Amend open waiver time frame to 9 AM EST to kickoff of the final NFL game on all days that have an NFL game: 80% PASS - 20% VETO
Eliminate Commissioner approval on trades: 80% PASS - 20% VETO
Defer to platform position designation: 80% PASS - 20% VETO
Three week Championship matchup: 30% PASS - 70% VETO
Dissolve TE Requirement and move to 3 FLEX: 50% PASS - 50% VETO. PUSH -> DOES NOT PASS
And there you have it! All the rules that passed and didn't. These are already updated in the League Rule Book. You'll notice that the rival section is missing...because you know we need a little more pomp and circumstance with that announcement. Rivals to come soon!
